Pros

The work was interesting, and I did learn new skills.

Cons

Brutal workload. Toronto office was managed by a bully who took pleasure in making employees cry. I don't think she's there any more, but it doesn't look like things have changed.

Pros

Great place to learn medical communications, good for people who are starting out, good opportunities to work with top companies, and a client services staff who also perform project management.

Cons

Difficult to affect change, central corporate profit margin mandate is way too high and makes compensation less competitive, team size gets in the way of work life balance.
