Pros

Learning opportunity are good. Fresher or 2 3 years experienced engineers can work for not more than 2 years here.

Cons

Management doesn't want to listen to issues, just focus on getting work done. Extra efforts are not very well rewarded. Discrimination based on sex exists.

Pros

The only good thing about them is they're sister company of one of the biggest logistic company,

Cons

Axis operates under a leadership style reminiscent of a dictatorial regime, where the boss prioritizes personal preferences over the well-being of employees. This approach fosters an environment where only those who excel at ingratiating themselves with management receive attention and support. The owner embodies a king-like authority, making decisions driven more by ego than by merit or the collective input of the team. In contrast to contemporary leadership practices that emphasize collaboration and employee engagement, this management style stifles creativity and growth. It creates a culture where employees may feel undervalued and disengaged, ultimately hindering the organization's potential for innovation and success. Effective leadership should be characterized by respect, inclusivity, and a commitment to fostering a supportive workplace culture. By embracing these principles, organizations can cultivate an environment where all employees feel empowered to contribute their ideas and talents, leading to greater overall success.
