      Salary and benefits but that’s about it

      Cons

      Back stabbing, no back bone everyone afraid to speak their minds, here today gone tomorrow. HR awful no support, decisions made without full consultation. Toss up between who is worse HR or IT slow response old systems. Lots of brown nosing and yes people is only way of getting promoted. People are multi jobbing with titles just to tick the box.
