Pros
-You get exposure to different areas of the business as well as different businesses. You get to work for ecm dcm projects and interact with mid level and senior level management which is really good - Market leader and established in Greece -Some people in management are really inspiring and cool - younger members of the team are educated to a high level (for greek standards and normal for international standards)
Cons
-clear lack of structure that becomes frustrating when combined with below -Corporate politics within the team, assessment of performance basically comes down to whether the right people like you or dislike you. Employees who ve been in the company for a while feel that they do not get what deserved and this has many repercussions on their attitude and behaviour -you are getting to work long hours for 0 euros for 3 months
