      Pros

      Best work environment. They have a great culture, a REAL grow together mindset. I have been encouraged to grow from day one, there are opportunities for every single person and not only for select people, kindness all around, management very approachable, and great colleagues.

      Cons

      As the notion of IDEAL is bias, AXA might not be the place for everyone. If you like to respect your workplace, then I fully recommend getting a job at AXA.

      Pros

      Hybrid working Flexible but very talented and knowledgeable managers/management Going places Socially aware Great benefits and much much more!

      Cons

      Like any company growing and going through transition, change sometimes occurs without all the pieces being in place but I would add it’s not very often!

      they are available when you communicate your needs to your manager.
