      Most people were pleasant to work with

      Cons

      - Overly bearaucratic - Poor management - Salaries were too low - No training - Talk the talk on values but don't follow that up where it matters - Some people feel the need to play games - Poor use of contractors meant that small tasks take far longer than they should

      Pros

      Hybrid working Flexible but very talented and knowledgeable managers/management Going places Socially aware Great benefits and much much more!

      Cons

      Like any company growing and going through transition, change sometimes occurs without all the pieces being in place but I would add it’s not very often!
