      18.5 years of service, some things I've learnt: Great benefits Fantastic employee support groups Good ethos Exciting steps forward with ambitions

      Cons

      Some line managers need to get on board but when challenged, they do pivot. I think more investment needs to be done into lower level staff and management

      Pros

      Hybrid working Flexible but very talented and knowledgeable managers/management Going places Socially aware Great benefits and much much more!

      Cons

      Like any company growing and going through transition, change sometimes occurs without all the pieces being in place but I would add it’s not very often!
