      Pros

      The people - everyone made me feel so welcome! Great benefits, including staff discounts on AXA products & gym membership. Flexible working, especially from home. Progression opportunities - I've only just cleared probation at time of writing, and already I'm in line for promotion to manager grade...

      Cons

      ...although my salary won't reflect that for a while afterwards. This is symptomatic of a wider problem with budget that affects everything we do...

      Pros

      Hybrid working Flexible but very talented and knowledgeable managers/management Going places Socially aware Great benefits and much much more!

      Cons

      Like any company growing and going through transition, change sometimes occurs without all the pieces being in place but I would add it’s not very often!
