      Pros

      Some teams give you good flexibility. Some decent benefits.

      Cons

      Constant "transformation", which really means making loads of people redundant because a senior leader has got excited about the latest buzzword like 'AI' or 'analytics' or 'digital'. Lots of favouritism. You'll do well if your manager likes you, but you'll be miserable if they don't.

      Pros

      Hybrid working Flexible but very talented and knowledgeable managers/management Going places Socially aware Great benefits and much much more!

      Cons

      Like any company growing and going through transition, change sometimes occurs without all the pieces being in place but I would add it’s not very often!
