Great employee benefits but really not much else unless you are change-averse and a dinosaur !
Cons
- People dressing your ideas up as their own - The only route to senior management in HR is as a BP ! - There is no real appetite to innovate in back office functions - Weak HR leadership, particularly in recruitment
