This is a huge well-known company which has therefore to face some challenging problems: concerning the risk, the regulators are very strict for instance. Well structured with efficient managers.
Cons
I believe the size has also a downside part: it is very difficult to understand the whole business and we have the feeling that our work has no impact on a such huge company
