France AXA group is presented in Ukraine by the Insurance company - "АХА Insurance". Last year proceed trials process between a company and former top manager Sprengel А.С. A top-manager was recovered at work, but director of Ukrainian subdivision every way prevents to execution of decision of court and refuses in payment awards by judgment. Such sort of actions laed to new trials. On initiatives by adjustment of disputes nobody reacts. Appeal to complaints officer of АХА group in also were not given any results. Position of АХА group surprised with possible negative reputation risks for a company.
