Pros
Work is only M-F. Hours depend on availability. They close at 7 Coworkers are really nice and friendly The building is nice and they have a cute food court/break area If you can’t find a job post college (keep looking!) or look for a direct internship/job with another department (not the contact/call center)
Cons
They set this up as a internship for post grads but this is a sweat shop in a call center. The can’t retain anyone because if you have a degree/experience you know your worth. (DO NOT LET THE INTERVIEW FOOL YOU) I’ve noticed ALOT of micro aggressions toward ppl of color I.E: a handful of POC got written for coming in late or calling off. But no non-POC have been written up for doing the same exact thing or worse. management is fake, they act like they care so you can't quit or transfer but they're just trying to hold quota They stopped giving overtime because we got more people hired, but they keep denying everyone’s PTO. So don’t think you’re gonna get the day before or after a holiday off EVER. When ppl try to transfer to different departments outside of the call center, they block it and tell you they “can’t let you go bc you’re valuable” (I’ve heard this from ppl that have worked 5+ years there!)
