Strong brand. Household name. Global business. Corporate environment, Departments for every aspect of business, Offices all around the country. Opportunity for international roles. Good pay. A vast array of benefits (PMI, car allowance, high-street discounts), good work-life balance, nice atmosphere, comfortable/modern offices, strong values. Cons
The pay levels are not comparable across departments, some use numbers, other letters and some combinations. This can make it tricky to benchmark yourself and role.
