Overall good employer but sort out pay scales and bad team leaders - Anonymous employee AXA Employee Review

Pay scales are all over the place and clear as mud - people within the same Claims unit on several different scales but all doing the same job! Can also be difficult to gain the experience needed to get into a secondment position.
