Pros

Some lovely staff members Support is there when you need it Good pay structure and bonus if you hit targets Good perks Colleague engagement has improved significantly So much to do and learn. No two days are the same Huge office space and comfortable too Decent IT systems

Cons

Some really vile and heartless people working here You have to earn respect otherwise you will be treated as no one The reward and recognition system is fundamentally trash and consistently misses out the real ones who are making a difference. Some empty minded people here that you would least expect from
