Pros

None, to think of... except maybe a big parking lot.

Cons

I worked here as a press operator for a while. They were so cheap that they tried to cheat their employees (who were working 12-hour days, BTW) out of their breaks by making them operate their neighbor's machine when the neighbor took their 15 minute breaks or their 30 minute lunch breaks. There were numerous times that I couldn't get a lunch break because their was nobody next to me to watch my machine and we weren't allowed to stop the machine. This happened to others as well... A bunch of us were also cheated out of overtime pay, as well as lunch breaks. After that, I decided to leave. I thought about reporting them to the state of MN labor department but thought, let everybody know about it, so I decided to post about it online, instead.

We are disappointed that one individual has chosen this venue to address an issue they perceived as a problem. Our company does have multiple shifts, one of them being a 3-day 12 hr. shift. We follow all the legal guidelines for rest periods and breaks and encourage employees to take them. It is presumptuous to say that we never have challenges, but we have multiple platforms for addressing them. We are thankful for the wonderful people who work at our company and give their best every day. It is all of us working together that makes our company a great place to work. -Human Resources
