DMs RMs and Sms embrace a policy of do what you want just as long as you sell. They make vulgar, abusive, sexist, racist and even physically threatening remarks and gestures openly without fear of repercussions. The "Old Boy" network in full form. Report or complain and you will lose your job. Support is a fairy tale. Horrible company all around. Oh and those promises ....forget about it. They hire you under one pay and bonus structure with a lot of great promises and sweet talk and two weeks in you find out it was all a lie. Your salary and bonus structure change and all pro.ises are forgotten.
