Racist, sexist, abusive, lying, breaking g labor laws every day. Sexual harassment is RAMPANT. company has no Sensitivity training at all and zero tolerance policy is a joke. DMs RMs and Sms embrace a policy of do what you want just as long as you sell. They make vulgar, abusive, sexist, racist and even physically threatening remarks and gestures openly without fear of repercussions. The "Old Boy" network in full form. Report or complain and you will lose your job. Support is a fairy tale. Horrible company all around. Oh and those promises ....forget about it. They hire you under one pay and bonus structure with a lot of great promises and sweet talk and two weeks in you find out it was all a lie. Your salary and bonus structure change and all pro.ises are forgotten.

Pros

Stable hours, mediocre health bennies, occasional outings with the company and chance to win stuff.

Cons

Where to start... Min wage, quotas built so you can barely hit the minimum which is where you make all of you money.. And these quotas went up every month. Was also told to read scripts that essentially lied to our costumers in order to make our numbers. For ex, adding insurance when they did not ask for it, or bending the truth to the point of confusing the customers instead of buying unnecessary things.. All for the sake of unrealistic quotas..
