      Pros

      Company to me is solid and well-paying. Hours are not that bad and work is not that strenuous.

      Cons

      Working alongside other employees can be stressful at times due to the fact that most don't really care to do their jobs and would rather sit in the trucks or stand around and congregate along with constantly being on their phones
