I am a brand new employee with AWOL Academy and loving it! The hiring process was exciting and easy to understand. The support that AWOL provides during your HR screening, interview, and new hire process is top of line. You can tell that this company truly cares about the employees they invest in. It speaks volumes when every employee you are in contact with is warm, happy and enthusiastic about the CEO’s, work environment and company itself. There has been no surprises in this process and ample assistance is available when you need it! I am very excited for my future with AWOL.

I've only been working with AWOL Academy for a few months now, and it's already the best career I've ever had. Unlike other companies or clients, they actually inspire me bring my best. It's not about money to them, but actually creating a product that changes lives for the better. Management will sit down with you, listen to your ideas, promote your work, tell you you're doing a great job, and show you where you can improve without insults or tearing you down.

I love the fact that I can work from home, but in some ways that presents a few minor communication problems, but nothing serious.
