Awesome place to work!! - Administrative AWOL Academy Employee Review

I am a brand new employee with AWOL Academy and loving it! The hiring process was exciting and easy to understand. The support that AWOL provides during your HR screening, interview, and new hire process is top of line. You can tell that this company truly cares about the employees they invest in. It speaks volumes when every employee you are in contact with is warm, happy and enthusiastic about the CEO’s, work environment and company itself. There has been no surprises in this process and ample assistance is available when you need it! I am very excited for my future with AWOL.

I've been working for AWOL since February and it's the best job I've ever had. The culture is really positive. It's been exciting to see the company grow. The office I work in is small and separate from most of the company, but when I've become friends with the employees and executives I interact with on a daily basis online. My opinions and ideas are valued, even if it has nothing to do with my department. I don't feel like I'm siloed into one specific role and there is a lot of cross-department collaboration. I've never been demeaned, even when inevitable mistakes happen, which is really important to me. I'd definitely recommend working here.

It's something new every day here. This could be a pro or a con, depending on what you like.
