      Pros

      Great benefits and compensation, with room to promote within the company. Work is fast paced, but long as deadlines are being adhered to, you won't be micro-managed. When you need support, AWI has an amazing team of mentality eager to help. AWI not only encourages but makes furthering your education mandatory with the AWI University courses.

      Cons

      Budget, Budget, Budget..... You will always be required to obtain the Regional Manager's approval for any and all purchases.

      - A fantastic team to work with - Flexible with schedule if you have something going on - Good benefits - Open communication - A sense of welcomeness throughout the company

      Cons

      - All hands on deck work can appear out of nowhere - Some communication can get lost - Workload deadlines can make you feel like you MUST work 50+ hours a week at times - Can go from being perfect with your work to suddenly being/feeling 2 weeks behind in the snap of a finger
