      Interesting work, proactive colleagues, good opportunities to move about within the organisation.

      Cons

      Shocking bureaucracy, to the point of complete standstill. Dozens of documents and hours and hours of manpower hours to get small projects through governance is not productive.

      Flexible schedule, some interesting work

      Cons

      Laziness is normalized, it’s an old boys club. Bullying is normalized, it feels like stepping back in time. The company hide behind the secret nature of some of the work to avoid scrutiny, and as a result produce terrible work that is propped up by the fearful boys club. Some parts of site are made so ‘safe’ that work can’t happen, and other parts are left dangerous but secret.
