      Pros

      I enjoyed the face paced setup and having to troubleshoot on the fly

      Cons

      Start hours were allover the place. Pay was lousy and then I found that someone less experienced was making quite a bit more.....when I resigned, they tried to offer me more but it was too late then.

      Unfortunately, at the time, needing to keep working in my home town precluded a move to Texas or Anaheim.

      Pros

      Friendly work atmosphere. This job made you stay on top of your knowledge of the industry with kept you at the height of the jobs that your are require to preform.

      Cons

      Hard to advance up ad through the ranks if you do not have a degree even if you have the knowledge of the business and what it is that needed to do the job.
