Pros
Supportive Coworkers, Free Eggs, Plenty of Overtime
Cons
Its an okay job for someone starting in the science field but don't plan to stay for more than 6 months. Very draining job; constant under staffing and management suddenly changing SOPs without warning doesn't help. Your expected to do the work of two people for the price of one. Management has little to no understanding of basic science and constantly makes that everyone elses problem. Not the safest workplace either; broken fire alarms, improper training of hazardous chemicals, and sketchy electrical boxes just to start. Technicians get blamed for contamination despite there being actual black mold in the walls and the clean room being a joke. When technicians try to provide advice or observations they are ignored. Overall a lot of good people trying their best despite terrible circumstances, management, and equipment.
