      By working here you realize there are better options elsewhere. Money can be made anywhere and there will be a job that will value you and appreciate your hard work.

      - Horribly unprofessional - You’ll never get a lunch - Expected to work overtime for free - No work/life balance: you must live and breathe AVR - There is no speaking up or open door policy, any speaking up or out means you are challenging upper management and they don’t like feeling small
