Great Company - Technical Support AVN Employee Review

for me: flex time, own office, privacy, little supervision.

if you answer someone else's extension because you are the only person in your department at work at 7:00am, , you are not only responsible to relay messages, YOU will get fired because a coworker did not make corrections you passed on to them.

The work is interesting and changes a lot.

They don't have any real management, just engineers they have promoted to manager level. They struggle with leadership that provides guidance to their staff.
