decent PTO accrual, benefits for full time employees, holidays off (if no events), online training offered
Cons
many slow days, but when you work—you will be put to WORK. expect some 12hr days, working more than 6+ days a week during busy season your work-life balance will only be prioritized if management favors you compensation for travel exists, but expense reports are poorly structured and rarely get to you in a timely manner Lots of politics in regards to management
