Pros
New RVP has his head in the right place, they are cleaning house and trying to make the best of what things are. Work life balance has been good, company has been fairly flexible so far Bad seeds are getting slowly weeded out. There has been a huge change recently for the better.
Cons
High turnover (Area manager, several directors, and several techs all turned over recently) Low compensation Horrid benefits, Cigna is terrible Confusing commission structure, no metrics to know if your getting it or not month to month. Usually you wont. Lack of inventory Lack of proper staffing Focused so much on saving money that employees are not taken care of properly Sales system is horrible. Hard to use, totally inconsistent, using 3 different systems to track the same order and hoping that they all match up.
