After many years of working, I was impressed with the care in staffing decisions. First 90 days: I experienced a regular cadence of follow-up by managers [aka Cohort Captain] to ensure adequate ramp-up time and to sort any concerns. Clients: AVL has clients from a variety of industries. There are opportunities to stay within your area of expertise and/or grow into other industries. Career Growth: The company has a solid training program to advance career growth with accountants moving from Senior to Controller to CFO levels. Fully remote and great work-life balance.
