      - It has a very big pool of technical experts. - People are always open to technical knowledge sharing - Very unique projects with lots of challenges - There is a great deal of opportunities to get exposure to loads of experiences : technical as well as managerial experiences.

      Cons

      - It is hard to keep up with work-life balance. - Remuneration is less as comparable to market standard. - Lacks man power resource planning.
