Interesting projects, laid back work atmosphere, nice people, excellent life-work balance.
Cons
Company is a subsidiary, so many important decisions can't be influenced as they are made in the headquarters. Management is a bit passive and doesn't really like to rock the boat so good initiatives are often neglected.
