The people at AVL are great to work with. It's easy to ask questions and get guidance from those who know more about the subject that you are working on. If you are persistent, you'll get the chance to work on a lot of cool and unique projects which will push you outside of your comfort zone at times.
Cons
It can be rough starting out since projects change often. Expect a decent learning curve.
