      Pros

      AVL UK is a really nice company to start your career as a young engineer or if you are a technical specialist. The work life balance is a big plus. There a familiy spirit and really human approach. More and more trainings available.

      Cons

      The career path can be a bit limited after some years spent there. The hiring salary is quite low for young engineer.

      New opportunities every day and never boring. Able to lead yourself and make decisions for your accounts.

      Cons

      Politics (as normal) with global companies. Market slow downs effect the company greatly
