      Good for who do not want to work. Easy to take leaves

      Cons

      No Projects in AVL japan. Line-1 Manager itself do not want to take responsibility. He always plays with his team members career. Never consider for any promotions. No motivation.

      New opportunities every day and never boring. Able to lead yourself and make decisions for your accounts.

      Cons

      Politics (as normal) with global companies. Market slow downs effect the company greatly
