      - Gives time for training, conferences, research - Good opportunities to work with different customers (Good for networking) - Internal projects are quite challenging - Work/Life Balance is quite good - Chance to work with quite experienced engineers

      - Too much Internal Politics - Too much competition between departments - According to position, travelling could be too much
