      Pros

      Lot of great gents and ladies are gathered under same roof. Teams are fun to work with.

      Cons

      Business attitude is strange. Several managers are still in the mind set of counting many butts have a seat in JLR or Ford. Even Director Manager admitted once in a meeting that this type of a business plan sounds like slavery. Yet it is similar in most of the other consultant subsidiaries. And most of all IK sucks...

      New opportunities every day and never boring. Able to lead yourself and make decisions for your accounts.

      Cons

      Politics (as normal) with global companies. Market slow downs effect the company greatly
