      Great flexible employer with good career opportunities. If you lover traveling this is the place to be. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      Salary a bit lower than with OEM's and sometimes too much work. Speaking German in Austria is a lot harder than in Germany.

      New opportunities every day and never boring. Able to lead yourself and make decisions for your accounts.

      Cons

      Politics (as normal) with global companies. Market slow downs effect the company greatly
