      A lot to learn if you are a fresher. Teammates were helpful and patient and help you grow.

      Cons

      HR policies are not good. The culture was not like that of a software company but was more like a factory setup.

      New opportunities every day and never boring. Able to lead yourself and make decisions for your accounts.

      Cons

      Politics (as normal) with global companies. Market slow downs effect the company greatly
