      Family feel. You are valued and your contribution is recognized and encouraged. They want to be the best, and love being challenged to grow and improve. Also unlimited PTO is a huge plus.

      Cons

      Benefits for families are on the pricey side, but that's the case for most companies of this size.

      Pros

      AVIO has a great culture. Everybody is supportive and tries to do what's best for both the customer and the employees. Management cares about employee growth. You also get to see a lot of different industries when working on different contracts.

      Cons

      AVIO is a small company, so some people fill multiple roles.
