The company is trying real hard to become a big-time company as a big-time services contractor. If you're looking for a stable job with little vertical movement, look no further as Avian is the company for you!
Cons
Unless you're retired military or a long-time local resident, don't expect any chance to advance your career. While Avian does take care of you financially, they really won't take care of you professionally. There's no professional skills training, and any professional initiative to further yourself will be ignored. Unfortunately they really won't get to be a big-time company unless they leave behind the current bush-league style of corporate execution.
