This company is a great place to work because: People work well together and the atmosphere is friendly. The workers are skilled and experienced, so there are lots of chances to learn and grow. The offices are modern, comfortable, and designed to help people work well. The bosses are supportive and encourage everyone to share their thoughts and feelings. The company pays well and gives nice benefits, so lots of people want to work there.

Continuous structure changes. No MRP/ERP system. Chaotic workflows. A lot of talk with minimal to no action. Upper management (owners) always seek blame and never reward. You are expected to work over 8 hours if you are an exempt/salary employee. The job will appear rewarding at first, but when you realize how much EXTRA time and effort you devote its just time lost with no compensation. Professionals need NOT apply here. If you do take a position at this company, make sure to have all compensation and details written down on an offer letter!
