      This company is a great place to work because: People work well together and the atmosphere is friendly. The workers are skilled and experienced, so there are lots of chances to learn and grow. The offices are modern, comfortable, and designed to help people work well. The bosses are supportive and encourage everyone to share their thoughts and feelings. The company pays well and gives nice benefits, so lots of people want to work there.

      Inconsistent projects : Some projects may not be as desirable or challenging, which can affect job satisfaction and work experience. Timelines vary so at least its always different.

      A great place to work

      One of the biggest challenges to being a productive but small team, is that people have to wear several hats. For a short project like a branding refresh, wearing multiple hats isn't too hard. For a longer engagement, integrating various technologies, wearing a number of hats can become a bit complex. However even with tight deadlines, we always figured it out and pulled the projects off.

      up to date PC workstations

      Continuous structure changes. No MRP/ERP system. Chaotic workflows. A lot of talk with minimal to no action. Upper management (owners) always seek blame and never reward. You are expected to work over 8 hours if you are an exempt/salary employee. The job will appear rewarding at first, but when you realize how much EXTRA time and effort you devote its just time lost with no compensation. Professionals need NOT apply here. If you do take a position at this company, make sure to have all compensation and details written down on an offer letter!

      Thanks for the feedback. Growing companies sometimes have growing pains with regard to systems and process's. We are thankfully past those challenges. Our PTO policy is very generous and our comp plan pays for overtime when earned.
