Pros
1. If you show your skill set. You will get interesting task to perform 2. You can learn if you get a good manager that is only few (means one or either two).
Cons
1. Forget about salary. You have to find good reason why you want your salary 2. If you want your MD to be happy stay in your office 24*7. Dont ask for salary. 3. MD will interfere in your work every single day. So there will always be multiple line of command. 4. If you ask for leaves, they will give you death stare. Like you ask for their kidney.
