      Pros

      Was a good company but got rotten to the core recently

      Cons

      Promotions are given only to females. It is a company where a struggling Automation tester or an Agile coach can be promoted into senior management roles if the employee is female and was acquainted with senior management, 90% of promotions are awarded to women employees irrespective of their skills or contributions and the remaining 10% are given to bootlickers only. Middle management is filled with female employees who have zero technical knowledge and zero knowledge of domain and product. A toxic work culture where finger-pointing, name shaming, and blaming others are encouraged Less pay compare to the market Zero technical growth as you will be stuck with writing code only in c# If you are an independent and hard-working male then stay away from this company.

We always seek to recruit the best candidate for all our roles, and we promote on merit. It is simply not true that ‘promotions are given only to females’. In fact, compared with men, women are hired and promoted into leadership roles at lower rates. We have publicly committed to targets that will help redress this imbalance by 2030.

      Pros

      Great company culture, people stay here for years, which says a lot about how the company treats its employees (and how employees treat customers). The CEO and execs are clearly passionate about sustainability and helping the industrial sector improve its operations and engineering processes with industrial intelligence. Great products for major industries (power, city/country infrastructure, consumer products...). This is overall a great company to work for.
