      Empresa global, com muitos profissionais qualificados, bons benefícios, pagamento em dia, dificilmente demite.

      Cons

      Falta de reconhecimento dos profissionais, dificilmente oferece oportunidade de crescimento, favorecimentos de grupos influentes, as novas oportunidades quando surgem geralmente já tem uma pessoa para a vaga impossibilidade a competição justa, politica de reajuste salarial provoca um verdadeiro abismo entre algumas areas.

      Pros

      Great company culture, people stay here for years, which says a lot about how the company treats its employees (and how employees treat customers). The CEO and execs are clearly passionate about sustainability and helping the industrial sector improve its operations and engineering processes with industrial intelligence. Great products for major industries (power, city/country infrastructure, consumer products...). This is overall a great company to work for.
