The work was manageable and there was work life balance.

No opportunity for growth. Bad office management.

The hours and pay was decent.

I was working in the NJ office and was barely given any training. Instead of training me my boss came in late, left earlier or spent time texting. She is nasty and condescending to all employees under here. Isn't much room for advancement unless you move to Netherlands.
