Pros

AVE is a smart company, and growing fast! It is a unique niche business model and is run well, and makes smart decisions. It is family owned and operated for over 100 years, and I feel like a member of the family. The kindest people run this organization. I am a manger and am given the opportunity to help my team below me grow and learn. Which helps us find great people that want to be a part of something bigger, and are motivated. I love that AVE hires and promotes from within and is always looking for our in house talent first. They offer management training opportunities for managers which is above and beyond what other companies offer. Generous with benefits and compensation is above industry standard.

Cons

It is hard to think of one. You do need to be dedicated and work at this company. There are people who want to coast in their jobs, and this is not a place for that. Team engagement is a big part of the culture, and it is absolutely possible to grow with dedication.
