Pros
People are generally nice and easy to get along with. Relaxed atmosphere, and no pressure as long as your job is done. Bonuses are given if business is good, and are very generous
Cons
Sometimes to slow. Pay is just average, and so far after 2 or so years, no mention of a review or raise. Some have been promoted in position without any salary compensation! I'm sure the squeaky door gets the oil though. Company is family owned and very religious which I'm not and it's somewhat awkward at times
