      There are no pros. Not a good company to join

      Cons

      Toxic environment No job security They hired for different job role. Totally new work and then expect me to start working in 2 days without proper Knowledge Transfer. CEO is sitting in Canada and keep an eye on you almost 24/7 through CCTV camera. You can't use your phone. I have been told if you have no work you still have to keep your eye on your computer. and there are a lot more. This is the worst company to join. You'll regret

      company's director's vision & mission is hire & fire only, he make this company now he is destroying this company, & operations manager helping very nicely to finish this company. operations manager going to leave this company in next 3 months & starting his company.

      1.Management is very Supportive. 2.This is the best place to work and grow. 3.Salary on time. 4.Best Hr. Manager always ready to resolve employee issues. 5.The work and people are decent. There is a lot of room to learn from your peers. 6.Flexible Timing.

      In 3.5 years I did not find anything which i can share as Cons.
